4. Service-Specific Refund Policies
4.1 Individual Coaching Sessions
For single, standalone coaching sessions:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance receive full refund
- Cancellations made 3-7 days in advance receive 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 3 days in advance are non-refundable
- You may request to reschedule rather than cancel (subject to coach availability)
4.2 Multi-Session Packages
For coaching packages consisting of multiple sessions:
- If you cancel before the first session, refund eligibility follows the timeline in Section 3
- After the first session has occurred, refunds are calculated based on unused sessions only
- Individual session cancellations within a package follow the standard cancellation timeline
- Unused sessions from packages may be refunded at a prorated rate, minus any package discount applied
- Packages must be used within the specified validity period (typically 6 months from purchase)
4.3 Online vs. In-Person Sessions
The same refund policies apply to both online and in-person coaching sessions. The format of delivery does not affect refund eligibility.

Initial consultation requests submitted through our Website contact forms are non-binding until confirmed and paid. No refunds are necessary if you decide not to proceed before payment.

- The client did not actively participate in the session

- Sessions must be rescheduled within package validity periods
10. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be appropriate:
- Technical Issues: If technical problems significantly impact an online session, a partial refund may be offered proportional to the affected time
- Shortened Sessions: If a session is cut short due to circumstances beyond your control, a prorated refund may be provided
- Package Cancellations: When canceling multi-session packages after some sessions have been completed, unused sessions may be refunded at the prorated package rate

If we must cancel or reschedule a session due to coach unavailability, illness, or other circumstances:

- You may choose to reschedule at no additional cost
- If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund
- We may offer a complimentary session extension or additional materials as compensation for inconvenience
